Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities

Our two-night stay was delightful! The spacious Deluxe Double Room offered comfort, while the generous in-room treats kept us energized for our adventures. We appreciated the friendly staff who quickly assisted us, making our check-in smooth. For a convenient meal, don’t miss the in-house dining options!

Had a fantastic trip with friends! We loved visiting the nearby food stalls and shopping mall. The bus service was super convenient, taking us directly to the city center. Rooms were comfy and clean, and breakfast offered a good variety. The pool is nice, even if there isn’t much sun!

We had an issue when some of our bags were tampered with, and the staff didn’t address our concerns well. Luckily, we didn't lose anything important, but it was unsettling.

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially being close to East Coast Park and local food options. The room was spacious and clean, making it perfect for relaxing after exploring the nearby attractions. The staff was attentive and accommodating, which added a nice touch to our experience.

We had a fantastic stay with our little one. The poolside deluxe room was perfect for family downtime, and the outdoor area was ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The convenient beach access through the underground tunnel was a hit with the kids!

In my wife’s opinion, more kids' activities would be great.

Convenient location with easy access to public transport, and the nearby malls offered a variety of shopping and dining options. Pleasant surprise in the room with a comfortable bed and a bathtub. Attractively priced by local standards, though the pool area lacked direct sunlight for sunbathing. While dining options were wide-ranging and well-prepared, I found the breakfast choices to be somewhat generic compared to other options nearby.

My recent two-night stay at Mercure was very enjoyable. The airport shuttle service was convenient, although we had to wait 45 minutes after missing our initial ride. The check-in process was quick, and the room featured an excellent bed and a good television, allowing for a great night's sleep. The pool was a delightful addition, and we thoroughly enjoyed dining at the Breez Bistro Bar, where the food was fantastic and the service by Kadir was exceptional. The concierge was also very helpful in providing directions and assisting with our airport taxi.

We missed a shuttle and waited 45 minutes.

The hotel offers a great location near the airport and is surrounded by eateries. Staff were friendly and helpful, though cleanliness in some areas like the bathroom could be improved. Breakfast was diverse but had minor issues with flies on the last day. Overall, a decent experience.
